Give her something that has to do with you and her and your life right now without the baby. If she is into kind of crafty things, start a scrapbook for the baby of your lives before baby, during pregnancy, and after. That way you will have something to do together on weekends and it will be something great for you and her to show your child someday. Use pics from when you first met, or make a page about when you found out the baby was on the way. Then again, if you want to go the other direction and just think of her you might want to consider a day the spa gift certificate or a massage. Maybe some new perfume. I know you must feel a lot of pressure. Women can really get mean during pregnancy and I am sure you want to make her happy with this gift. Good luck!

Take her out for a short holidays, just two or three days will do,occasionally. Pregnant women mode swing very fast! Bring her to place like seaside, beaches, country side, Bird watching, visit to aquarium..... These places must not have too many people around.Pregnant women get irritated very fast, when it get noisy.Sometime pregnant women got no appetite. So, you need not buy her lots of foods, except finger foods ( Sweet, sour, salty, hot and spicy ) usually pregnant women love them!
Try put on some fragrance and light music in your house and bed room. This will help to keep her mind cool and relax. Comedic movies may help! Well GOOD LUCK! and be a Happy Father! MGBY!

Trust me on this...... Get a small pack of index cards and go ahead and write on as many as you want so that it says stuff like: Good for 15 minute foot rub
or
Good for 10 minute back rub
go ahead and throw in.....
Good for a long passionate kiss
or
Good for anything you would like
Make it look nice and sign each of them at the bottom. She'll get a kick over it, but go you have to do it though. Be creative and have fun, throw food things that she likes and you have to make it. Have fun and good luck.
Remember to give her attention and compliments because she doesn't feel great all the time.

Oh wow, being 38 weeks pregnant myself, I would definately say a nice day (or even half) at a spa. I want nothing more everyday then a GREAT massage and a pedicure. Throw in a facial and i would be in heaven.

that virtually made me cry...being pregnant hormones i wager. it truly is so so sweet that you want to get your spouse something because she is pregnant. ok, at 8 weeks pregnant i believe like a fat, drained, unsexy blob. something which will make her sense pampered or enormously will be large. earrings, a specialist rubdown, or on the more inexpensive end, some rubdown oils and candles. If she isn't feeling too ill, even per chance a effective dinner out.

A manicure and a pedicure, something for HER. Your life is so centered around the upcoming baby, you should do something just for her as a person, not a pregnant woman. I totally agree with the nice purse idea, who doesn't want a great bag? I wouldn't go with perfume, pregnant women tend to have extremely sensitive noses.
Get her a ring or necklace with the baby's birthstone for her after it's born.

some sort of stuff that will make her FEEEEEL good. like a trip to the spa with her girlfriends or a massage thing you put in the chair and sit on. or hey, why not make up a coupon book that's like good for you doing the dishes or vacuuming or laundry or something like that.something that will make her pregnancy something memorable and as stress free as possible

Spa trip and/or massage is a great idea. As is, doing some of the christmas shopping for her. Or watching your other children if you have them so she can go shopping. Does she need a nice robe, slippers and gowns for her upcoming hospital visit? How about some lotion and other goodies from Bath and Body?
Good luck

buy her a foot spa, a box of chocolates and a nice book.
tell her to sit down for the day and take it easy, while you do some of the house work and make a nice romantic dinner for the both of you. she will just appreciate the fact that you are thinking about her.

Dedicate a day to her. Clean the house, make a romantic dinner, sit down get the lotion out and massage her feet. I would love that if I was pregnant. Do everything she asks for the day. Shower her in compliments, and make her feel pretty. Women's self esteem goes down when they are pregnant because they don't think they are pretty.
