Well, the Notebook really got to me
and also the one with Kate WInslet, Johny Depp and that cute little boy from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - she's a single mom of 4 little boys and she dies....OMG - I was balling at the movies and couldn't leave until I composed myself. Can't remember the exact name but it I think it was Neverland.

I noticed a couple of other people put 'any movie about dogs dying' like Old Yeller etc. and I find that very interesting because it has been the same for me. I wonder if I substitute the relationship of man's best friend with human interactions, because every time I've seen any of these movies where the dogs died and cried my heart out has been during a time of family 'crisis' if you will and/or death.

That is my imagining.

I cried when I watched "Love Story," I cried when I watched "Brian's Song" about the football player Brian Piccolo who died I think of cancer. I cried when I watched "Children of a Lesser God." I always cry when I watch, "A Christmas Carol," starring Alistair Sims. The last scene with Tiny Tim and Bob Cratchett where Scrooge asks Bob to forgive him is so touching.
That's a wonderful movie.

for me it was The Hills Have Eyes. When the father dies and also the trailer scene...I had to shut the movie off for almost an hour. I don't deal well with death now after my own father passed away last year.
