I've tried the foreclosure.com and bargain network but there's always a fee attached after 1 free week of usage.

Sound like a great way of shorting the market, how els do you think they made the housing bubble that is causing all these foreclosures?

One day and soon i hope there will be a mandatory, county ran MLS that is publicly assessable" website", only then will there be a fare and honest housing market. Till then good luck, on even being able to find most of what is for sale.

Pre-foreclosure, check the county website. For foreclosures, ask your Realtor. The lists you can pay for are old, and you need a Realtor to bid on them anyhow.
