The Lions, no question. They're the biggest, most consistent disappointment in football. Bottom line.
And to the person who said the Cardinals: are you nuts? They're bad, but they're definitely picking it up; I woulda put them at 2-14 for the season three weeks ago, but they can at least end at 6-10 for the season (Denver's this week, and they've been horrendous lately, and San Francisco is San Francisco. As for San Diego... well that's gonna definitely be a nail in the coffin for the end of the season, although Arizona may have a shot since SD will likely be sitting their starters for that game)

The Lions. It starts at the top. The ownership is pathetic, Millen is a JOKE as a General Manager and their top picks have never panned out other than Roy Williams and Kevin Jones, whenever he's healthy. The Lions will never win with the Ford family in ownership.
