I've been skating for 10 years, I am now 16 and last year I was kicked in the back of the knee with the heel of someone else's figure skate blade.. It hurt like a ***** and i needed 10 stitches and physio before I could return to skating. I just want to know if anything like that has ever happened to anyone else and what did you do?

Got a skate in the leg once when playing hockey.
Stitches. It bled a little. But it healed fast & generally looked much worse than it was.

10 stitches and physio?! Wow, I'm sorry that must hurt like hell. No, never had that happen to me before and I hope not.

five stiches in my head.
the skate fell off the top shelf in the back of the garage.
i never learned skated
