I came from a very poor family so Christmas gifts were slim. My brother who is 6 yrs older than I got his first job at the age of 15 shortly before Christmas that year.He had to have saved every dime so that he could buy my sister and I a record player and albums.Trust me, we were so excited... 34 years later my sister and I still talk about it.Only wish everybody had a brother like the two of us have.GOD BLESS AND MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL

I don't even know if they're made anymore--a spring horse--it was a rocking horse-on a frame with springs attached-so when you sat and rode it, it was kind of like riding a horse. I had that thing for years! I even bought my son one when he was 6-7 (not that he wanted it--I did!) I almost forgot!! I had a Pluto dog---his legs moved - a pull along toy for toddlers!! I still have my rubber Mickey Mouse I got the same year--Dam I'm old!!!! My daughter in-law who is a Disney collector eyeballs him everytime she comes over!!
