Yes actually you do have to be 21 because the fact that it says non alcoholic just means that the alcohol was remove to the best of thier ability Miller N/A, Busch N/A, O'Douls, Erdinger N/A, Haake Beck N/A and all the others still contain less than .5% by volume of alcohol. Yes. Even non alcoholic beer still has some percentage of alcohol in it. That's why you have to be of legal drinking age to buy it.

Yes. Contrary to what some have said in their answers, non alcohol beer is not completely alcohol free. It actually has an alcohol content of approximately 0.5% while regular beer has an average alcohol content of approximately 6%.

Yes - because NA beer still has a small amount of alcohol in it, you must be 21 to purchase it.

Absolutely not. When I was 14 my dad started buying miller's non-alcoholic beers and some other green brand, which at the time I cannot recall its name (sorry)..I mean they do have a small percentage of alcohol but not enough to get drunk...you can drink 20 of them and barely fill the sting of alcohol...lol....I am a wine fan!
***oh I finally remembered the "green brand" name its "O'doule's", which is one of my favorites...

Ah, depends on your state laws... And also, depending on your state laws, you can't buy non-alcoholic beer during the same time you can't regular beer. (Like in NY before noon on Sundays)
Why?
Aha, most non-alcoholic beers have... ALCOHOL! In the US, beers containing less than or equal to 0.5 percent alcohol by volume can be labeled as non-alcoholic. (1% for Europe)

Strangely enough, you might have to be 21 to buy it in a grocary store depending on what state you live in; but you won't be charged with underage drinking if caught with it.
Also, some non-alcoholic malt beverages do have a tiny amount of alcohol in them; which can be a problem if you are underage and driving. I know when I lived in US, our state had two standards for DUI, one for adults and one for minors. The one for minors could be tipped by mouthwash.

Non-alcoholic = Legal. BUT why drink beer if it's non-alcoholic anyway?

No, since it's non-alcoholic it won't do anything to ya, but I don't see what's the point then. There isn't a restriction on non alcoholic beer.
