I have blue eyes and I generally wear black eye liner but 1 day I ran out and all I had was dark blue and it really brought out my eyes now that's all I wear

Personally, I think makeup has as much to do with personality as with facial features. Unless your eyes are a shade of blue that look AWFUL with the eyeliner, you have to base your decision on what YOU like. I think blue eyeliner could look good with blue eyes if you're wearing the right outfit. Never let fashion "rules" keep you from wearing something you like. The important thing is to wear something that makes YOU feel pretty.

I have blue blue eyes, and my favourite thing to do is I take a thinnish line of blue eye shadow around the inside of my eye (top and bottom) and then I go over it with a blue pencil. It looks stunning ! Go for it. Black also looks nice, only it tends to be a bit harsh looking.
Believe it or not, purple eyeliner is amazing too. It makes my eyes go a violet colour. Try it.

Green will bring out your blue eyes better if that is what you are going with, but the dark blue will still be just fine and still pretty. As long as you feel hot- go for it!

No , blak is the best 4 blue sometimes it looks silly , other wise use browns not dark blue it will b ugly 4 blue eyes

a dark brown and maybe even medium brown eyeliner will look better than dark blue eyeliner. it will bring out your blue eyes more. just try it.

I have blue eyes and I think it looks awful on me. I wear brown. Its not too intense like black and it gives me a natural look. I also wear a touch of white in the corner of my eyes. I know alot of women who wear the blue, but most of them are still stuck in the 80's fashion. Blue was in back then.

It depends, if you have darker blue yes then no it look s horrible, but if you have light blue eyes then yes, it will look amazing. Believe me I've done this test with plenty of colored eyeliners with my sister. I have light blue and she has dark blue eyes...so we always see what goes better with who!
