My godson, he is only 7 months old, what do I get for him for christmas? I am a college student and I'm looking for something interesting and meaningful that my aunt and uncle will appreciate that I got for my godson, their son. I would really like some help. Thanks

If by "I am a college student" you mean "I have no money" lol I have a suggestion:

My brother in law bought a frame and one of those matte boards....most stationary places have them....or you can make one. His had an oval cut out on the right. He put a picture from the baptism in the cutout...then he chose a psalm and printed it from his computer on the left. He signed it....and I have to say... we love it and my daughter (now growed) still has it.

There are children's bibles, crosses and beads if you want to recognize the religious part of your relationship. As for my god-children for their first present from me I bought adorable little piggy banks and had them personalized at one of those "things remembered" type stores.... just put their name and date of birth on the side or their name and the occasion.... also not overly expensive but soooooo cute....

I'd also suggest you splurge on the card.... unless you are great with words and can whip up something amazing on the computer..... because his mom will probably put it in his baby book..and the fam will see it forever... lol

Have fun....

I like the saving bond/savings account idea. Another twist is how about a Coin Proof set for 2006 or a Standing Liberty 2006 Coin. Something he can say I got this the year I was born.

there is greater to possessing a dogs than basically the "lovable doggy" point, and coaching it tricks. possessing a dogs is a 10-15 twelve months dedication. dogs choose interest and time daily. it quite is 'lovable' coaching a doggy tricks, yet will you be taking it for walks daily while it quite is raining & snowing? Will you be out interior the backyard clearing up the dogs poop whn it quite is pouring with rain? Will you be taking it to education training & to the vet? Will you be coaching the doggy to not poop interior the abode (and clearing up all the little injuries)? Will the dogs be happy with the different pets you (or your associates) have? Will you be getting the dogs neutered/spayed? what is going to take place to the dogs once you prefer to pass away for the weekend or off on holiday? Will you nevertheless be waiting to furnish sufficient time to the dogs in some years time once you will possibly somewhat be out on dates, or off to varsity? if so, what form of dogs may well be maximum ideal on your undertaking? Do you reside in city or nation-state? a huge breed or small breed? a house dogs or a backyard dogs? A pedigree or a mutt? A male dogs or female dogs? in all probability terrific to attend till the tip of January, while all the "Christmas dogs" have been decrease back to the dogs rescue properties.

on my nephews birthday, we gave him or his mom a net-like organizer of toys. since your godson is too little to appreciate gift at the moment, try giving his parents gifts that would help them in raising their child. kindergarten songs would also be good. but try things useful and entertaining at the same time. see if your godson needs something that you think is very essential to his growth, observe him once in a while, you'll think of something.

Savings Bonds

Inscribed silver piggy bank (of course it doesn't look like a pig, usually in the shape of a block with letters on it)

Open a savings account in the childs name, you can add to it every holiday or birthday
