Relies on being white....being white inables you to not have a high gpa and still get the job due to your appearance (fine chic) and english lauguage. White people get along with other whites because that is who they sit with during school lunch hours. They want to work and partie after work, so they want to partie with "there buddies" which is always white. White people does get a free ride in USA, because they don't present any negative qualities as seen by other whites, this is an inbreed social phenomina. A dumb white person will get a job over a perfect ace who happens to be a different color. This only applies to jobs that are social in nature like management and non-scientific type careers like sales, advertising, marketing, and business. That is why you see so many dumb whites going in these fields, they are great at bullshitting and smiling in your face, and back stabbing you as you turn the other way.

Representative bias: "Literally millions of inner-city African-American male teenagers in the United States talk about the goal of playing basketball in the NBA. In reality, they have a far better chance of becoming medical doctors than they do of playing in the NBA, but these kids are suffereing from a represenatative bias. They tend to assess the likelihood of an occurrence by trying to match it with a preexisting category. They hear about the boy from their neighborhood 10 yrs ago who went on to play professional basketball. Or they watch NBA games on television and think that those players are like them...We all are guilty of falling into the representative bias at times."

I'm white, graduated from UCSD with a 3.5 GPA, and I had a hard time landing a job as a waitress after I obtained my B.A. The reason I have a job now, is because I have my M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. And by the way, my supervisor is black, one of my coworkers is black, another is Hispanic, and another is Russian. I think you are full of it....but whatever makes you feel better I guess.

None of that is true. I had to work for everything that I have, yes that does include a college education. Not once was I ever handed a job based on my appearence or the fact that I speak English. I do not get along with other people of my race, infact I think a good majority of them need a reality check. I rarely party with my friends, but when I do I party with all of my friends, white, black, asian, hispanic.
NO one gets a free ride in the US based on race. It is illegal to discriminate in the work place based on race.

No, it no longer works that way. People are hired upon ability, and availability, not the color of their skin. You have an angry tone towards whites that I don't quite understand, so please help me to understand your situation. Your stereotype towards whites is inaccurate, as are the stereotypes against other minorities. It is really about people whom have a desire to work, and assist others, not about the color of their skin. As far as that goes, you will always have backstabbers, no matter the race. I am floored that you are so prejudiced, in this day, and age. So help me understand exactly where you are coming from. You are apparently angry towards whites, and I am curious to why. I have no grudge against my fellow man/woman, so why the hate?
