go see a physician to make sure that you don't have an infection or diabetes or other medical problems
i wouldn't rely on home remedies or wait more time , this is a sign that you should be seen as quickly as possible by a physician, don't wait or try anything at home .

It depends on the depth of the cut. Are you keeping it protected to keep it dry and clean? I suggest a waterproof bandage if it is possible where your cut is. If you use your hands a lot it can take a while to heal if it is constantly being bumped or messed with. I suggest getting something like "second skin" to get it to heal. Nu-Skin is another brand. It's like super glue. Bonds the skin to keep it together so it can heal. Actual superglue has been known to cause infections in a cut deeper than superficial. Good luck.

Even deep cuts should have healed on their own in 3 weeks unless you have a weak immune system. Sounds like it needs building up - garlic is good, healthy fruits & vegetables, real food supplements like Garden of Eden or Alive. If you do have a weak immune system, this is a very minor inconvenience to find out. If you don't listen to your body, next time it might be cancer or something like that you are trying to cure.

Oddly enough, super glue. As long as the cuts not very deep and you've been cut for longer than a day, it works. Just make sure you sanitize your hands immediately before you apply the glue. You only need a small amount and it will keep the wound closed long enough for you skin to heal. Eventually, the glue will just fall off.
