Is it alright to put Corydora's or Plecostomus with Blue Cichlid in a 5 gallon tank, cause I have algae in there and 6 ghost shrimp.

Heavens no. Firstly, your cichlids need a 30 gallon tank, at least. I don't know exactly which blue cichlid you're refering to, but 30 gallons is the bare minimum. Anything smaller, and your fish will lose their colour, become listless and sick, and eventually die.

Cichlids are very aggressive and will kill other fish that aren't cichlids, so no, do not put corydoras or plecos with cichlids. (also, there is not enough room in a 5 gallon tank)

If the biggest tank you can have is 5 gallons, you should bring back all your fish and get a nice blue male betta.

Cichlids need a much bigger tank than 5 gallons (depending on the species, but 30 gallons is a minimum). Plecos will also get way to big for a 5 gallon, common plecos need huge tanks of 55+ gallons. Cories need to be in groups of 3+ and a 10 gallon is the minimum for them (they will not eat algae either, just food that falls to the bottom). You could get a couple of White Cloud minnows, a couple of neons, or a betta for a 5 gallon, but that's about it. You could try a couple of otos (midget suckermouths) to clean the algae, but they are very sensitive to water conditions and need pretty strict maintenance.
