I have seen some people add things on videos like Animes or Like dragonballz vs another cartoon that looks like if they were really battling. Or in other words they added a figure to another cartoon. and i was wondering if you could do that with windows media player. and if you can could you please tell me how. and if you can't could you tell me what programs you need.

If you are talking about editing the videos windows media player can't help you. Try getting windows movie maker. If you just want to change what your player looks like get the skins and plug in from online.
A lot of computers that have windows already have windows movie maker so look for it on your comp, before on the internet.
