I am a U.S. citizien but I was born in another country, I need to get my birth certificate.

Go to the HEATH CENTER I'm Sure they can look it up! all ur need is ur ID and maybe $10.00 or $15,00 ur place of Birth,mother and fathers name, are call the country in where ur from with all of the INFO and they can mail it to you!!!! hope this help.

if not ur parents then ur country of birht's post office or u can apply for a new one there in the u.s. they should understand ur situation. tell them u were an orphan and u only know their names via research if that will help

contact the hospital u were born in they usually keep records and if not they can point u in the right direction

Do you have an embassy here? They might be able to direct you. Maybe contact your county clerk as well.

you only have to contact the health department in the county where you were born. it will only cost you about ten bucks.
