This answer solely depends on what type of job you are going for. If you were applying to be a hairstylist or makeup artist then yes i can see it but if it is a professional job no. You are always safe with a dress suit if you don't have one then a simple slacks and dressy collar shirt is fine.
If you are still uncertain then drive by the place to see how the other workers dress just to get an idea of what is appropriate.

you can't go wrong with a simple dark coloured suit, either skirt (assuming you are a girl!) or trousers, whichever you are more comfortable in, and a jacket. Underneath is a simple white shirt, with a tie if you are a boy. Clean polished shoes with heels you can walk in, not ridiculous high heels. Hair washed and tidy, no extreme styles. If you have more piercings than one in each ear, take the others out. Asda/Tesco clothes will do, just make sure it fits well. limited jewellery, nothing you play with, and not smelling of anything; it might be Boots but don't go in reeking of perfume. If you are a girl, just a little makeup - if it shows it is too much. remember; you stand accused of being a competent person whom they should employ. Prove it! Good luck.

Speaking as a manager who's interviewed hundreds of people I would say probably not. But it really depends on where you're interviewing. If it's an office environment then no, even if it's casual Friday. I think that you can never be too formally dressed for an interview, but it's easy to be under-dressed.

I wouldn't. It depends on the job(anything to do with fashion then maybe)but for the most part no. Go with dress pants or a non jean skirt.

Depends on the interview. If its a clothing retail store or record store or other place where young adults and kids frequent, then go for it.
But if its a serious job, you need to upgrade the wardrobe since they will make an opinion of you as soon as they see you.

I think it depends on the type of job....the jean skirt sounds too casual to me unless you are applying at the gap, old navy or target....switch to a dressier skirt then the outfit should be fine.

No. Wear slacks or a black skirt. You need to look professional. Yet again it depends on the type of job you are going for.

How old are you???
NO!!! Nothing made out of denim and no boots. Go to a dress shop or nice store and ask an employee...sounds like you need some real help.
