breakfast actually make you LESS tired! I know, queer right?

do some simple exercises in the morning, like when you wake up don't even get out of bed and stretch. Like try to reach your toes or do you know the butterfly? thats a sure thing to keep you up in the morning.

eating snacks as basically your first meal in the morning is a bad idea. Its sugary and not neccessarily filled with any of the vitamins you need in the morning.
breakfast like cereal and OJ is a great source of energy and vitamins. Even breakfast snack bars are god for you! Just as long as you eat in the morning.

ok, so here's what will help you in the morning:
exercise
breakfast
a big smile to start off the day!

hope I helped!!

Breakfast does the same thing to me. I used to NEED my coffee, wait a few hours and then I could eat. Your body isn't used to eating, so its acting weird when you do! You might not be sleeping well either. I'm tired a lot too, but this helps me a lot:

1 - Drink fruit juice & take a vitamin with it, get ready to go and THEN eat breakfast. Just something small though - oatmeal, 2 pieces of toast with pb & jelly... whatever sounds good to you

2 - Eat two hours later. Fruit and a granola bar, something healthy but good

3 - make sure you eat a good lunch

4 - snack in the afternoon

5 - good supper before 5 PM

6 - a small snack before bed to make sure you're not hungry

You have to force yourself to eat in the morning!!

For sleeping, make sure you have a lot of blankets and that your room is cool. Wear socks to bed and comfy pjys. Try turning which way your bed is facing. It really does help. You could even tape yourself with a tape recorder - maybe you snore, wake yourself up and don't realize it!

Eat a good dinner before you go to bed, and a good breakfast in the morning. Make sure nothing can get you distracted while you're trying to go to sleep. That helps so you won't be staying up longer than necessary. K, good.

Its sounds like maybe you are getting to much sleep. Try lessing the amount of sleep you get a little at a time until you are only getting 7-8 hours of sleep and see if it helps. If it doesn't help then go to the doctor, you may have a deficancy of some sort that they could straighten out.

Sleeping too much even gonna give you more energy. I heard a lot of people suggested 7-8 hours is just enough for teenagers your age to sleep. Have a shower and a little exercise, and most importantly, eat healthy diet.

Try not being so active during the day. Do you find yourself being really busy as you go along day by day? Try finding sometime everyday to just relax and get away. Also when you wake up, take a really hot shower, it will wake you up and you won't be tired. Good luck and get some rest please! :)

A good breakfast (that doesn't mean breakfast bars or instant breakfast). . . protein (meat), dairy (milk, eggs, cheese), and light carbohydrate (light bread/english muffin, etc).
