Chicken manure contains a lot of nitrogen and nitrogen will help make corn grow and turn dark green. However chicken manure also is very acidic and the acidity could burn your plants. If you add chicken manure, you may want to add a little lime along with the manure to help balance the acidity out so you don't burn your plants.
I prefer using rabbit manure the best. It contains a lot of nitrogen and doesn't have the acidity that chicken manure does, so you can add as much as you want and it won't burn your plants. It especially works great on tomatos. Rabbit manure also doesn't contain the weed seeds like cattle or horse manure does since rabbits are normally fed rabbit pellets and don't forage on weeds and grass that can be pass their seeds through an animals system and germinate in your garden.

Corn requires a lot of nitrogen. Chicken dung is high in nitrogen. The corn growns tall and sweet.

Sweet corn can be delicious, especially in July and August. If you wrap it in tinfoil and throw it on a barbecue grill, then spread it with butter and give it a dash of salt and/or sugar, you've got a taste of heaven. But the worst sex I've had is still slightly better than the best sweet corn I've had!

Chicken manure is great for plants as it puts nitrogen in the soil. Corn is a similar plant to grass (Monocotyledon) and so the nitrogen helps with its foliage growth. Don't use it fresh though as it will burn the roots of the plants. Blood and Bone is another good organic fertiliser to add Nitrogen to the soil.
The effect of Chicken manure is increased growth, greener leaves.

Chicken manure is high in ammonia and will make almost anything grow well. Do not put straight manure on your plants as this will burn the plant. Allow chicken manure to rot before use.

I just answered this question. Use it. It's good. But don't use it when it's fresh. Make a pile and let it compost for awhile. Mix some other organic stuff in there too--vegetable and fruit scraps, coffee grounds, banana peels, shrimp shells, but no meat or dairy products--egg shells are good.

They grow better.
It is best if you mix it with straw and let it rot down for a year before using it.
