No, but I've wished some of them would track me down so I could have the privilege of kicking their ***!

This is the internet - not exactly real life.
We can be more fully expressive to how we really feel when we answer - instead of holding back like we often do in real life.
Besides how can anyone get too upset by a response from a person who doesn't fully know you in real life.. can't sum up anyone in a few paragraphs. Don't get so annoyed. And tracking down people in-real-life to "get even" seems to be happening more these days. BBC News reported that a guy tracked down a person who'd "insulted" him online, and beat him up badly. So be careful you don't give too info about yourself away.

If someone doesn't leave their email or IM on their profile page and makes rude comments they are just cowards. I have been known to make some very smart a z z comments before but both mine are available b/c if I say something it's usually because I mean it and I'm willing to stand by it. I usually only pick on the people who have really bad spelling and grammar who pick on the education system or the government. That's my hot button. And, it's just too, too, too, easy to hit that little button at the top that says "check spelling" and people are to lazy to even do that!!
Just remember those who you can't track down are the cowards who can't stand on their own 2 feet to defend themselves!!

I just figure 'gosh, how can someone be so rude to someone else?' I don't understand the snide, petty remarks. I notice that many of them come from women too. I'd like to split them with words and make them feel two inches tall- then I assume if they are that mean, then it probably won't phase them the least!

no, because if you did track them down, you'd be dissapointed at only finding pathetic, cowardly individuals that wouldnt be worth your time or energy. they have sad lives lacking in something and this is the only way they can feel they have a little bit of power. if everyone stopped responding to all the stupid, ridiculous, childish questions on here, then theyd soon get tired of being ignored. but ,alas, people keep getting angry at them and trying to make them see the light, and it just adds fuel to their fire and keeps them coming back.

Sort of. But it's not worth my time. In the time it takes to track them down and stoop to their level by playing their game, I could have answered five more questions and hence, gained ten more points.

Anyone posting questions on here has to be prepared for the d*ckheads who enjoy abusing others. Thankfully, most of the answers that are recieved are informative and well thought out.
If you don't want the idiots posting replies to your questions you need to stop posting questions. Just relax, count to 10 and read the real answers instead. :)

I suppose I have at times, but what would be the use?
I would only be wasting my time and energy - they are stupid/ignorant people and most likely wouldn't care what or how I feel anyway.
I think that I would really like to be able to communicate with those people who have given intelligent answers

No. I wish I could be more tolerant with them.
Or recognize more that fighting ignorance with logic may never work. I still think its worthwhile.
If that doesn't work? I run 'em over with a Mack truck. Vrrrooom.
