How do you go about buying a home at auction? How do you secure the loan before having the inspection?

We are qualified for a VA loan and have found many houses on auction we would like to buy but don't know how to go about bidding on these houses?

Are these foreclosures? If so, I am fairly certain that these are cash only auctions! Furthermore, VA loans require that a property meet Minimum Property Requirements (MPRs) in order for the VA to guarantee your loan.
