How in the world do I use the Mii Parade on my Wii???

I'm wanting to set my Wii up so that I have people visiting my system when I look at it, how do I go about doing this?

Let me know when you find out. Last time I tried, I figured people just hadn't set up thier systems yet or not enough people had them....
