at around 3 weeks pregnant, Can the gyno tell if you are pregnant just by getting your annual check up?

If you told them you might be pregnant, and they looked at the dates, they should have given you a pee test at the very least. Buy a test and take it or call your office for another appt.

at 3 weeks pg the only way to tell is with an urine test or blood test for hcg or maybe by a vaginal probe ultra sound but even the ultra sound might not be able to detect the early pregnancy as the embryo may not have yet worked it's way down from the fallopian tubes to the uterus yet,,really need more info.. r you 3 weeks late on your period if so that would really put you at about 5 weeks along.. call your Doctor or planned parenhood..also with the new sensitive test urine can pick up on hcg and determine pg as soon as 5-7 days after your missed period.

u could request a blood pregnantcy test to know if ur pregnant because is too early to tell if u are just by a urinary test.

I don't think pregnancy can be determined thru a pelvic exam -- it takes either a urine or blood test to determine it.

i went in for my yearly, and i told him that i was late for my period and he did a ultrasound through the vagina, and come to find out, i was 6 weeks pregnant.

they can tell by ultrasound and if they do a urine on you probally the hcg levels will show up but otherwise they cant

No, but blood test will reveal it.
