You'll get used to it. It's the strain that creates your body to eject unnecessary weight. Also, the movement makes it much easier to go, which means you need to go sooner.
It will get better, just keep at it.
And dont worry about that, worry when you cant go.

Funny, I thought I was the only guy to feel this way. Just go to the loo before you go for a run and have a sip of water and then run. It works for me.

When your running your are helping the motion of your bowels, and the feces is being pushed along. Try not to eat anything before you go running next time.

just depends, if you just ate before going then its pretty natural, sometimes running after eating causes your baul system to work faster and causes to have to use the bathroom quicker. if it does it every single time then i would check with a nurse/doctor just to make sure everything is ok.

Exercising helps digest food in your bowels.Not exersising after eating will cause the food hold in the stomach,which creates fat.
