Can you rewrite the sentence using parallel construction ?

I have one brother, two sisters, and my grandparents also live with us.

I live with my brother, sisters and grandparents.
or
I live with my one brother, two sisters and grandparents.
The first one is better, but if you have to include how many, then go with the second.
