okay so a hw question says...'' this metal is very reactive, has properties similar to those of magnesium, and in the same period as bromine. does anyone know which element this is???

also..do you know what this one is...''this nonmetal is in the same group as lead" btw..i cant find lead on the table..

please helpp!!

lead is element #82. the element is carbon

as for your first question I would think calicum. i highly doubt thats right though

thats Aluminium. try googling for diagonal relationships in periodic table and u will find that Al and Mg are very similer. theres this relation ship between third row and second row elements called diagonal relationships. like in Mg-Al and Li-Be. thats what the question is based on
