I'm a Junior undergrad right now, and I'm highly considering Int'l Business grad School.

I graduate spring '08, and would like to begin fall '08 grad school.

When should I start applying, and any tips on what programs are the best in this area? (overseas program suggestions welcome as well!:))

I would suggest you take your GMAT as soon as possible, while your math skills are still fresh. As far as applying to grad school, I would start next fall, so you have the best options and don't miss any deadlines.
