HELP! My underarms always look like I didn't shave them, even when I did! they're kind of a blueish color...maybe it's because I'm kind of pale? I don't know! but I've even used a new sharp razor in them and still it does it!

try waxing them. shaving removes the hair from above the skin, so you can still see the hair below it or the hair that the razor only trimmed. waxing will remove the hair from the roots, and you won't have to worry about it for a month or so

I have the same problem. I'm pale and my skin is almost translucent so even when I have ingrown hairs on my legs I can see the hair perfectly under my skin. For the best underarm shaving results, I take a brand new razor and shave in all different directions. I haven't tried waxing them before but I have a friend that swears by it and says she never had a 5 o'clock shadow again.

My roommate in college actually plucked her underarms. I tried it ONCE and it was painful. She did it all the time. By the time we were in our late twenties, she had almost no underarm hair left. She never had that shadow either.

Not that I want to pluck there, but it is an idea.

Use any shaving cream. i'd propose the Soleil(do not imagine I spelled it precise) razor. it truly is what i exploit. it fairly works fairly properly. And it really is accessible in 4 different summer season shades! LOL
