gargle with salt water..keep sucking on hard boiled sweets..or throat drops...see a doctor if it lasts for more that a few days or gets worst...good luck

I hate those, sometimes I drink super hot water to burn it a bit, or gargle ginger ale, tilt back and let the bubbles kinda scratch it.
