lamar odom will be out for at least one month and i think he is the main reason that lakers record is so good this season. kobe is still injured and not 100%. their record is going to drop without odom. iverson is looking for a trade right now. should the lakers trade odom along with some other players for iverson right now? then maybe they wont have a bad record? or should they wait for odom's return and maybe he can help the lakers get back in the race for a playoff spot or to win the division against phoenix? personally i think they should have got rid of odom a long time ago for artest.

Lamar Odom, after the injury, will not be playing in the Lakers for atleast a month like U said. But I am truly sorry to say that Iverson might not go well with Kobe. I mean.... They are both utlra rare players and last year they were in the top two for most averaging points. Now, Allen might want to be better than Kobe Bryant. While, Kobe will want to better than Iverson. It's strange.
Still, I think they should not trade Odom. He is still playing very good. And tonight's basketball game will possibly go wrong with Dallas around. But that is life. And just to let you know, you can't trade injured players so it will be impossible to trade Odom before he is fully cured.

I think Iverson and Kobe might work, but the Lakers seem to have a perfect rhythym and perfect chemistry going right now, with or without Odom. With Odom gone it'll give a chance for other guys to step up, and the Lakers already have a good record.
O and please don't say odom for artest again, because Odom is a much better all around player than Artest.

The Lakers are doing great - they are playing much better than anyone expected at this point. I wouldn't make a major change to the team chemistry in mid-season- just play through it until L.O. is back. The extra minutes will help guys like Bynum and Turiaf develop!
The Clippers should grab Iverson, though!!

ok, can u imagine what a team with kobe and ivereson would be like? you thought the shaq-kobe feud was bad? besides, lamar odom is the only other consistant laker aside from kobe. also, ai has only 2 or 3 good seasons left.

Iverson is not going to the lakers because acording to sport analyist Stephen A. Smith A.I. doesn't want to be on the same team as kobe.

No chemistry...and personally for selfish reasons I would hate to see A.I. go anywhere in the west....especially the pacific division.
