If the job is giving you NO benefits such as experience, good money, good benefits, then you are wasting your time.
Just remember: your prospective employer will ask you where you have been. If you have been at the bad job for a long period of time, you will need to account for that time. If you lie and they do a credit check, you might get caught. If it's not that serious and you haven't been there for very long, leave. Life is so short, why work where you are so miserable.
I had a miserable job and I will not do it. You work with co-workers longer each day than you spend with your family. Get somewhere where you fit in.
Good luck!
Whatever you decide, be nice about it. Don't stomp out giving them the finger; that just makes you look like the jerk.

well I stayed at my crappy job for over a year. I knew all along I was going to quit. I saved up enough money during that year so that I didn't have to rush off and find a new job. It was the best thing I ever did.

It depends on a whole bunch of other factors
- what's the job market for my profession like?
- can my family make it if I'm not bringing home a paycheck?
- can I change my circumstances at THIS job?
- can I change to a different position in the company to get out of my current situation?
- do I like my commute to/from work?
- others I'm sure you can think of.........
In a down job market, you definitely do not want to be quitting before you have something else.

it depends, if the money is good then stay but if its ok, and you can make more else where then id drop it right away. if its minimum wage man **** on that job lol. but idk how it is where you live but where i live, 9 $/hr is decent depending on how far your traveling, but for here good pay is like 13/hr so it just depends on how much ur getting paid, and how bad the job sucks. if your shoveling dog Sh*t (figurativlly speaking) for 8$/hr i'd drop it in a heart beat if its like 10 or more/hr then i'd keep it depending. but if you really hate it, then just leave, you'll find a job else where. Theres a website you can go to that helps people find jobs. like here in VA theres the VA workforce, they ask you what you like and how much you'd like to get paid, and they take that and they look at all the jobs and match that information with yours, and they'll give you a call or email and let you know what it is how much an hr and you just let them know if you are interested or not.... great for those who have problems finding good jobs... like myself.......... hope this information was helpfull

I stayed at Wells Fargo for 3 or 4 months.
I hated the people I worked with and for.
I hated how they stole money from their customers.
I hated the customers.
I hated the location.
One day, I left and never went back. There was no back up plan.
It was the best thing I could have done.
