do you suppose you'd be bored to tears or would you find a million ways to put your knowledge to use to create a better world? Or what would you do?

Past, present or future events? That would make one, God like right? Ithink perhaps seeking God would be the priority. If I knew all things, then I would no longer be human. God created man in His own image, your question makes one think if a person became in that circumstance if he would do the same, or would he dare. The mind needs stimuli, would I see the use in creating a better world or would I create a new one? Interesting..

Well, since there are new problems every day you'd never be bored to tears. I suppose that that person would try to create a better place. However, having seen it already I am sure that that person would be met with opposition on different things even though he/she knows so much.

Pure and simply put, If I knew everything, I would have already answered this question, since (ahem) I knew you wondered about it...
That being said, The human psyche cannot handle knowing everything. All the pain, grief, agonizing and scrutiny of this world would lie on ONE shoulder, and would all at once be running concurrent with immeasurable joy, happiness and pleasure. such a concept would rip the mortal mind in two! I reserve omnipotence for but one.

If I knew everything, I would try to make the world a better place, but people won't neccessarily listen to me because they don't know that I know everything....the past, present and future. So if I tried to make the world a better place and tell people to do something totally oppposite to what they do right now and tell them its better for the future...they won't listen to me...humans beleive in what they see, so until they see that I was right, they wouldn't believe me.

So it would be pretty hard to make the world a better place if people don't cooperate....so I don't think I would be able to do anything even if I knew everything!!!

You cannot know everything (see Chaitin & al), secondly, even if it was possible, surely wouldn't the process of gaining all that knowledge change how you saw things? What you saw as appropriate action for bettering the world?

Perhaps the Buddha was/is right...

I would definately find ways to use my knowledge...I don't know everything and I come to YA and share my knowledge of what I do know and I like to think that would not change. but God knows everything and is everything and people don't listen to him so I am not even close to naive enough to think if I knew everything people would listen to me..
