I loved Wishbone! In high school I was in an AP English class and the teacher asked us if we had read a certain book (I think it was "Red Badge of Courage"...it's been a little while). Almost the entire class responded that we hadn't read the book, but we remembered it from Wishbone! ^_^ I'm not sure what it says about our reading skills, but still, it's a cute story. I wish they still had episodes on tv, even if they are re-runs. I've also done some traveling; when I was in Latin America I saw a episode of Wishbone that had been dubbed over into Spanish.

What's the story, Wishbone?...

Yes, I used to watch it everyday after school, even though people used to make fun of me for it. I loved the dog, he was so cute, and I still remember some of the theme song lol.

That's the story wishbone, do you think it's worth a look?
blah blah blah blah, it comes straight from a book!

lol, something like that.

Yes I do. It was on PBS. Wishbone would reenact stories from literature. Wishbone was the cutest pup. My favorite episode was when he did Ananzi the Spider.

I do. I used to watch "The Munsters" and "Bewitched" on Nick at Night when I was a kid. It seems like that happened an eternity ago now. I like all the shows on Nick at Night, but yeah, I agree with you, they're too new-ish. I can understand the Cosby show, but the others don't seem old enough to me. Besides, why is Nick showing all these re-runs that are airing on TBS, WGN, and everywhere else? Why not old shows that no one else is showing anymore?

Yes! With the Jack Russell fox terrier that would appear as a character in classic books!

What a bizarre show.
