THIS IS IRRESPONSIBLE AND NOT HONEST FROM A SITE THAT REALLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE "GOOD" GUYS LIKE ME! THE SITE EVEN SENDS IRRESPONSIBLE EMAILS TELLING ALL MY CLIENTS TO MADE ME REFUND THE PAYMENTS FOR ITEMS ALREADY SHIPPED. I DONT DESERVE THIS KIND OF HUMILIATION JUST BECAUSE THERE ARE SOME ·BAD· GUYS OUT THERE. EBAY HAS TO DO THINGS IN A SERIOUS AND RESPONSIBLE WAY AND NOT DO THIS KIND OF THINGS. I SOLD ITEMS FROM CHINA, BUT AUTHENTIC ITEMS. I OFFERED AUTHENTICITY PROOFS, BUT EBAY WOULD NOT EVEN LISTEN TO ME, THEY JUST DONT CARE! THEY SEE SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE FAKE, EVEN IF THEY DONT SEE IT IN REAL LIFE, AND THEY DESTROY REPUTATIONS AS EASILY AS THEY'D KILL AN INSECT. THEY DONT CARE FOR REAL PEOPLE, THEY DONT LISTEN, THEY DONT EVEN READ MOST OF THE EMAILS. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE O WORK THERE!

my Ebay feedback profile is excellent. People like me, but not ALL people know me. And it's not complaints from buyers that are my problem, peple are nice with me, people care about people. The problem is EBAY. My sales were great, my items very much appreciated, I had high standards of quality and a good clent support, no, people are not MY problem, many of of my buyers want to continue buying from ME because I care about their needs and I listen to them. The problem is EBAY.

MAGOTTIER: my sales were great, people liked me, it's EBAY who once agin and again retires my listings and sends difamatory mails agains ME. People do not complain. I have tons of happy clients. I had some small problems with some of my buyers, but nothing that could not be solved easily....no, people are really nice. It's EBAY who would not let me work. I made $5000 a month, and then, suddenly, i have mo business any more. I worked a lot, and all has been retired, all my listings, weeks of hard work they throw it to the garbage - I dont even have access to my informations, I cannot even contact my clients. Not even a criminal deserved this kind of punishment. I dont even have someone real to listen to me and answer to my questios. Whenever you ask somethig, they answer with authomatic answers- the same answer for everyone, they don read the questions, and they dont answer in 10 - 15 days...It's not fair. Now it's Christmas coming and i have no business, and no money as a consequence-!

ebay sucks-period! it used to be a good source of income but the fees are retarded and they have this new ebay express crap that has killed it for most everyone. ebay is now a total joke and i'm looking to sell on other auction sites.

Yeah you are right on that one. But to think in a logic way, eBay is just a name, a commercial branding that people had entrust their faith and believe. It's the people behind eBay that dos all the dirty jobs against us Ebayers.
They had gives us endless support in sharing their growing trust success but they could also destroy us digitally in the physically views of our worthy buyers.
So looks who is talking? Either way I think that both you and eBay has made the fault in letting this happen. Since you had forwarded your negative issues, which means that there is a open gap in their rules and regulation which is not applicable in all situation, I think that they need to revise that.
As for you I honestly believe that there is far too many complains forwarded against you which may lead to a total failure in your sales. Therefore, is there anyway you could have improve your selling qualities and standard? Say maybe find other alternatives other than China.

Ebay sucks like hell, the fees are crazy and there are always someone cheating on the auctions with a second account to make the prices go up and stuff. There needs to be an alternative to Ebay, lolz
