When you can't possibly move it whatsoever, and when you touch something it brings great pain, it also turns a green/bluish
color, you should also get some x-rays.

Hope that Helps

The palms are the main in many circumstances injured part of the hand. palms are built of ligaments (sturdy supportive tissue connecting bone to bone), tendons (attachment tissue from muscle to bone), and 3 bones observed as phalanges. There are no longer any muscle groups interior the palms a real fracture commonly would be painful, yet don't be fooled by ability of a finger that has some selection of action and uninteresting soreness. looking on their stability, some fractures would harm extra suitable than others. It sounds to me as in case you % it appeared at and that's a visit to your physician or scientific institution you ought to use your self a temp splint by ability of utilising a lollipop stick placed at element and gently tape it to our finger this could stablise it and end to any extent further harm until a physician can verify out it. additionally place some ice interior a tea towel and place this over finger to help decrease any swelling. do no longer placed ice diect directly to epidermis ok sorry yet you do would desire to get it appeared at no be counted if it continues to be some hours hurting ok

If he can wiggle his fingers with no pain or if he can touch his hand with no pain then it's not broken. Otherwise get to the Emergency Room before the bone fragments cut thru a blood vessel and starts bleeding internally.

Well, pain, swelling, & the inability to move it, or extreme pain when you try using it.
For now, wrap it securely with a dish towel; take some Motrin or aspirin & put some ice on it until you can get to the Doctor. and avoid using it until you've had it seen.

Whether it's broken or not, if it is feeling WORSE instead of better as the hours pass, then you need to see a doctor.
