MY SELLER ACCOUNTS ARE SUSPENDED ALL THE TIME, ONCE AGAIN AND AGAIN, THIS IS NOT OK. , I NEVER Do ANY FRAUD, AND EBAY JUST SEES SOMETHING SUSPICIOUS AND RETIRES LISTINGS WITHOUT ANY PROOF. THIS IS IRRESPONSIBLE AND NOT HONEST FROM A SITE THAT REALLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE "GOOD" GUYS LIKE ME! THE SITE EVEN SENDS IRRESPONSIBLE EMAILS TELLING ALL MY CLIENTS TO MADE ME REFUND THE PAYMENTS FOR ITEMS ALREADY SHIPPED. I DONT DESERVE THIS KIND OF HUMILIATION JUST BECAUSE THERE ARE SOME ·BAD· GUYS OUT THERE. EBAY HAS TO DO THINGS IN A SERIOUS AND RESPONSIBLE WAY AND NOT DO THIS KIND OF THINGS. I SOLD ITEMS FROM CHINA, BUT AUTHENTIC ITEMS. I OFFERED AUTHENTICITY PROOFS, BUT EBAY WOULD NOT EVEN LISTEN TO ME, THEY JUST DONT CARE! THEY SEE SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE FAKE, EVEN IF THEY DONT SEE IT IN REAL LIFE, AND THEY DESTROY REPUTATIONS AS EASILY AS THEY'D KILL AN INSECT. THEY DONT CARE FOR REAL PEOPLE, THEY DONT LISTEN, THEY DONT EVEN READ MOST OF THE EMAILS. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE O WORK THERE!

i hear you. I have been burned badly by ebay. As long as they make money, they don't care. because the two people who ripped me off, downright lied to me, they are still allowed to sell on ebay because they sell so many products on their site. And all I get from ebay are standard stupid responses about how they'll check into it. But they never do. I guess they figure so what if they rip of 20 people for laptops, because they still get their commission. And this one place sells at least 50 laptops a week. People just eventually give up. That's why so many people call it fleabay now. And then there's the big shipping charges rip off. And if you tell them you don't want it because the shipping is outrageous after they calculate it, you get reported! Because you don't generate $20,000 a month on their site or whatever. If you're a big buyer or seller, they don't care what you do. But if you don't buy or sell alot on their site, they stick it to you. Do they refund all your listing fees when they badmouth you?

I have been a power seller on Ebay for over 5 years & never been suspended you have to follow their rules... no spaming you can not refer to a hand bag as coach like etc. Also it may be complaints from other Ebayers themselves & not Ebay. Contact them you can schedule that they call your home & they are always super friendly & willing to help. Remember Ebay makes a huge profit by you selling your items so they do not want to lose you...there must be some reason & you will not know til you ask!

Stay off ebay then. I've been doing it for almost five years without a problem. If you don't like doing ebay, then don't. Jeez.
