Well 1st I am guessing you are talking about from your computer speakers? and I am hopping you have checked to make sure A = there pluged in to the output on your computers sound card and B = the speakers are turned on and has power. If all these are a yes I would check in device manager under sound, video and game controllers see if anything has a ! point or a ? mark or a x through it if so ether reable them or try and reinstall the driver for the sound card also a system restore back to when it was working is always a good safe bet to try 2. plus make sure your sound is not Muted of course in your windows in volume control.

hope this helps
