Are pronouns capitilized? I know that the letter I (i) is capitilized, but are he, she, him, etc. supposed to be capitilized too?

No, unless you are starting a new sentence, or you are quoting what someone has said

Always capitalize the first and the last word. Capitalize all nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs, adverbs, and subordinate conjunctions
