A black man get fired by a white man for being black, its called racism. A white man is fired by a black for being white. Is it still called racism. Why or why not?

of course it is. Does it matter who is doing it to who? No it doesn't. Excluding someone because of the color of their skin is childish and asinine. It's time we all grow up.

Yes, it's still racism and I find it hard to believe, you didn't know that. It doesn't matter what color the person is, if you treat them differently, because of their skin color, it's makes one a racist. You need to remember, anybody can be a racist and it doesn't matter if they're black, white, red, purple or green. In my opinion, racism is a disease itself and although you can't catch racism through sex, sharing a needle or a blood transfusion, it still spreads like a disease and in some cases, racism kills. Racism is very sad and disturbing.

Yes it is racism. Any time you are "judged" because of your race (be it white/black or pink); that's why it's against the law!
