i have a web cam that i borrowed from a friend but it does not have driver set on my computer do i need the disk and how do i install it ....to take pics!

u can download the drivers from net
or u can install from cd

True, you can do Plug and Play. If you have the disk, run it first, then plug in the webcam. When you register the product, update the software and driver. Its pretty easy, but if the disk messes up, then you'll need it to be a major company with a website.

very simple installation....plug it in, windows xp will prolly pick up the driver for it automatically,,,if it doesnt, inset the installation cd that came with it,,,,if you dont have the installation cd you can download it from the manufacturers website.
