No memory card needed, as the Wii has onboard memory. You need a standard SD card if you want to download alot of stuff from the online store. Mostly ol' school games. Best Buy will have the Wii this Sunday. Will be on the advert.

It comes with everything you need minus the TV out of the box including standard RCA hook ups (audio video), power, sensor bar (for pointing functions), Wii mote, numchuck (hooks up too Wiimote for some games), and Wii sports a neat collection of simple sports game the showcase the Wii's controller. I would half to recommend you also pick up Zelda so $300 total.

You don't need extra parts to hook it to your TV, but the Wii is incredibly hard to find, despite what nintendo says about expecting to ship 200,000 consoles to the US every week. And DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO TO EBAY!!! People there are d(cks. They advertise "5 free sports games!!!" when it's really just Wii Sports, included with every Wii.

Nope, you get a WiiMote, a Nun-Chuk, Wii Sports, AV cables, and a Euro Scart converter, the sensor bar, AC adapter, and 512mb of internal memory, which should last quite a while.

It's all there, but i would check the box if there are other things you need, like a memory card (I remember my game cube)
