I hate my friend so i snuck some of my piss into her beer and she drunk it. Now shes been sick and im so excited. Should i tell her what i did to be mean!

Damn you pissed in her beer! What ever she did, that's not worth some wicked sick business. If you can't solve issues without harming someone you should strongly consider counseling.

don't. the next thing you know she'll sneak poison in your drink and you'll be sicker... there's no fun in being mean to each other--why don't you be there for her while she is sick so that if you ever become sick, she'll be there for you too! :)
nothing wrong in being kind for a change... it's better than being mean forever because it harbors hatred, which is bad too...
