my best friend (my brother) just got his own company and is struggling. what should i do to help? I mean i want to do it on the side, not actually go to his company and help (he wouldnt let me)..

Depending on what type of business, maybe some advertising, setting up a website, pass out flyers. Keep his business cards with you and pass them out.

maybe discuss with him the situation of his company and give him loads of new ideas... or think of a way to refer people to your bro's company :)

Get him a loan or a pay check without your name on it..or bring clients to him without involving your name and all.
