There are two reasons:

1) the obvious, the e-mail address is invalid.
2) If you are e-mailing a business, they often will have a spam list and your e-mail service can be blocked. Many businesses will block hotmail.com and msn.com accounts because they are notorious spam sources.

Wel it could be that the other person marked you as a spam or its going comming ,the mail might have went
