If you can't ignore it and avoid it you should speak to your supervisor. If he is involved in the harassment you should ask the person you are closest too why they treat you so badly. If htings are really as bad as they seem, I think you might consider getting a different job.

We all face work harassment sometime in our lives. You have two options:
1) Try to make friends with the bullies rather than confront them. See if that improves. Maybe they may stop harassing you and you can live at peace.
2) If harassment does stop then it is best to change your job. Do not make enemies in your present company at any cost. You need a work certificate when you leave for future reference. That would solve the problem once and for all. Loll !

I have seen this a lot. It seems like someone in particular is the target in every work situation. I do know that if you don't give them the emotions they are feeding off of, they may go elsewhere for entertainment. As hard as it is, ignoring them will work the best for you. IGNORE bad behavior. Don't let anyone know what or how you are feeling. Just be indifferent! If they ask you something and you don't hear it. Don't ask. Just move away, but don't seem offended. Remember, its NOT you, its THEM being weird, rude, and dysfunctional.

If you feel you are being harrassed go to your superviser and talk to him if he is part of the problems go above him
No one has the right to treat people badly and everyone has the right to earn a living with out being harrassed and threatened and if I am not mistaken it is against the law for someone to harrass you in the work place

Don't take any notice because the more you let then know that you are scared of them the more they will do it. I know it hard but you have to take it all in your stride don't let them defeat you>
May God bless you and Merry Christmas

it's a classic case of workplace bullying. I used this webpage to help me complete my OH&S unit and it's got a lot of helpful stuff on it. Hope it helps. http://www.reachout.com.au/default.asp?ti=1666
