One thing that you could do is to get a more restful sleep at night. Your body needs a certain amount of sleep, but the quality of your sleep plays an important role.

It is widely accepted that the REM stage of sleep is the most important to feeling well rested. You're only in the REM stage for about 70-90 minutes every night. So the best thing to do to feel more rested would be to maximize the amount of REM sleep you get.

To get more REM sleep. you could try a biphasic sleep schedule. This means that instead of sleeping for 7-hours once every night, you would break up your sleeping into two 3 to 4-hour "naps". This way your body enters REM sleep twice. The human body is "optimized" for a biphasic sleep schedule, but often times our busy schedules interfere with it. If you have two 4-hour periods that you could sleep, you might want to try it.

There is also another sleep pattern called polyphasic sleep that can hopefully lower the total amount of time that you sleep to 2-5 hours. You do this by taking many 25-40 minute naps during the day. This probably wouldn't fit into anyone's schedule, but I thought you might find it.

And I wouldn't recommend consuming a bunch of caffeine to stay awake, it's not good for you.

I've learn articles approximately reviews performed on sleep and the way such a lot persons within the U.S. are sleep disadvantaged. I agree, to a point however I additionally consider you'll be able to situation your self to do something. I've had peers who joined the military and different army branches pronouncing how they lived off 4hrs or much less throughout fundamental coaching. Then once more, after they get out of the army they most likely do not hold the equal subculture. You frame is think to be particularly adaptable, so it sort of feels to conform the stipulations you place it beneath. I'm style of green with envy of persons that may function off of four-5hrs sleep. I've recognized a pair persons who can do that however I feel they're an anomaly. A lot of the U.S. populace will get that quantity of sleep, however I feel for those who need to drink espresso noon to stick wakeful then they're going in opposition to what our frame is telling them.

Hmm I;m havng a little trouble fully understanding the wording of your question.. but I think you're asking how you can maximize your energy in the daytime without sleeping so much..

You might have low iron, and maybe you're eneimic. Or, you might have mono (there's often no sypmtoms other than fatigue). Ask your doctor to do some bloodwork and test certain vitamin levels and such.
