Yeah, that was my introductory lesson in guitar class. The teacher sat us all down, popped in the tape, hovered his hand over the CD player, and synced it up. It was interesting to say the least.

It's quite famous, actually, there are websites dedicated to it. There's even a DVD out so you don't have to time your pauses to visit the john or grab some popcorn. I think it's called the Dark Side of the Rainbow. A lesser-known sync is The Wall and Alice in Wonderland. Not sure what the timing is on that one. Also, look out for Meddle and Space Odyssey 2001. That one was definitely a backwards one, as the director of the movie was denied permission to use Pink Floyd songs in his movie.

Try them; I'm sure you can find more on the internet.

I have, I forgot when you're supposed to start the CD (I thinki its on at the MGM opening credits on the 3rd roar) and set to repeat.

Its trippy the way that the songs on the album matches the general theme and tempo of the current scene in the movie, even when the CD starts to repeat it always seems to match. Supposedly its "just a coincidence" but someone was smoking something to put the album and the Wizard of Oz together. =P
