In order to improve your english communication skills you have to go through grammer...........once you are well versed with it then you can talk very well in english...........But when you start talking in english there is a mamooth task ahead to speak fluently..........which can come only through daily practise........so how do you go about improving your fluenzy?..............get into a silent room with a newspaper...........take your favorite topic in it.......and start reading loudly like a newsreader in a normal english tone and accent (don't try to act smart by talking in american accent the listeners are not bother about your accent, just normal english accent will do).........do this as many time as possible.......over a period of one month you will find a difference in your english speaking skills.......which will also help you in getting along with a group........and it will make you more confident.........
Communication skill is a pre-requisite for any job interview......once you practise the tips I gave you.... it will help you to do well in your interview........... so this improvement in english can go on after getting a Job which will eventually help you in shaping up your career.....
So.......start from now onwards
All the best

By speaking plainly and clearly and not trying to get too "wordy." Say what you mean, not what they want to hear.
