Jesse. Justin is arrogant, should have been blasted for his sexual assault portrayal during the superbowl. Yes Janet did show her nipple (big deal) but Justin was the one who ripped her clothes off. Had he done this in any other venue he would have been arrested. Jesse is also a much better singer.
