It takes a lot of the little buggers, but I like to make carpet out of them. People comment on my living room all the time. "What type of carpet is that?", they ask. "Wall-to-wall elfskin", I tell them. Creates a really strange pattern, but it surprisingly goes well with almost everything. Really pulls the room together.

I don't think my neighbors would appreciate it if I started cooking them, or hanging them on walls. I don't bowl, so they are safe from being used as pins. I think you should treat them as any other people.
The most creative use I've found for them is for storing treasure. If you have any coins older than 1960, they will give you a discount rate for storage. Other than that, their rates as still competitive. Their vaults are extremely well built, and I've never yet found one who will go back on a deal. (Although the do like to haggle a bit before hand.)
Best to stay on their good side, as they can be very mischievous.

Um, sorry for sounding stupid, but are we talking about the mythological elves who run around making mischeif? The wee folk? You know what I mean? Cuz if we're not then I don't really know what we're talking about. I'm sheltered!! Lol, jk...sorta.
Anyways though, I kinda thought that elves (the small kind from stories) were just there...but I still think you're talking about some other kind of elf.
