I suggest looking into advanced training videos on this website: www.dancesport.uk.com
I recommend looking into showcases. Superstar Dance Festival (Japan) is one of those.

I don't know if I can explain what I'm dancing by typing. Also, I don't know if you already know them, or if they are too advanced or not advanced enough.
