how do i enable cookies on my computer?

At the top of your internet window, click tools, next go all the way down to internet options and click it. Then click the Privacy tab at the top of it and move the bar down to accept all cookies. Lastly, click apply and ok. That should do it!

They are enabled by default.

It's not a 'computer' issue, but rather a 'browser' issue.
